How To Coordinate Full Time Work And School

By Carol Bell

It is never easy to work and study at the same time. People even find it difficult to fry an egg while talking on the phone, and there are so many other distractions in your life which make this complicated. Full time work and school is especially difficult when you have a family that you have to deal with. There are always problems that crop up here, and it is important to be aware of this, even though you are focused on your studies.

It is never easy, but it is possible when you have the right mind set. When you have adopted a negative attitude and you continue to tell yourself that you are not going to get through the work or you are not coping at work, then this plays in your mind until it comes true.

Other people decide that they want to go on to enrol into a university or a college. This will help their career. It will help them with various promotions and it will give them more confidence. A lot of people just feel stuck in what they are doing and need a change. However, it is not easy to support yourself. Full time work is needed.

You need to take the time to sit down with them and catch up. This is also something that you have to squeeze into your schedule. There will be chores to do in the home environment, and when you don't include these into your daily routine, it can provide a lot of stress and chaos in your life. Planning makes a big difference. When you have planned and when you are prepared, you will find that you will come up with more shortcuts.

You also need to aware of friends and family members. Your social skills are important. The support you receive is essential. However, it is a two way relationship. You also need to be there for your friends and family. This is something that you need to take into consideration. Of course, you may not have this kind of support.

The biggest problem that people face is learning to stay positive. It is you against the rest of the world. It is particularly difficult when you are studying online or through correspondence. You need to take control of your life, and having a coach or a mentor will help you to stay motivated.

Having a coach during this period can be useful because you will report back to them and discuss more about your stress levels. There may be times where you are coping, and there are other times where you may be struggling with overwhelming situations since everything could be happening at once.

It is also important to have a system. This especially applies to the studying. Everyone has different ways of hitting the books so you need to find the best ways that suit you. Some people are more visual, for example. You need to break this up into reading and visualizing. You also need to break up the amount of time. Some people will listen to a recording on phone as they travel somewhere. It can be something that you do when you are exercising in the gym. Other people will make a video.
